I knew from my 3rd year of college that recruiting was my path. More than 13 years have passed since then, during which time I have done recruitment in all possible ways: in a recruitment agency, as a human resources manager, and then from my recruitment agency. I excel in training if I am very good at matching the right man to the right place. Since 2015 I have accepted the challenge to hold a course, and since then, I have not stopped. We held dedicated training both for individuals and for national and international companies.

With eight years of experience in the field of recruitment, Iulian coordinated several projects in different areas, where he had the opportunity to get involved in several recruitment actions: end-to-end process, candidate experience, communication, stakeholder management, and team management.

Besides these, Iulian also got involved in career consulting and training projects. He is passionate about people and everything about interacting with them.

Daria discovered her passion for the field of human resources at her first job. With ten years of experience in the area, including 7 in IT recruitment in multinational companies, she developed her expertise in end-to-end recruitment processes, onboarding, sourcing, and account management.

She was also involved in various activities such as Employee Engagement, training administration, and career development.

Andreea has six years of experience in the field of human resources. Going through a professional reconversion herself, she was given the opportunity to develop in the Talent Center "school," where she was involved in end-to-end recruitment processes, project management, consulting for candidates and clients, product development, and training.
