I have over 7 years of teaching experience and I have been a Java programmer for over 10 years, during which time I have studied other programming languages in my free time. I always like to learn something new, and interacting with people helps me in this regard. I believe that personal development is necessary for evolution. Working in the field you love, the effort and any inconveniences that may occur along the way will not affect the quality of the work done.

Programmer, Trainer, Time management

Mihaela Radovici is a woman, a wife, a full-stack programmer, a trainer, and most of all, a people lover.
I believe that everyone can achieve his/her full potential, so I am encouraging everyone to do that. I promote this idea during my courses, and I take care that people do not forget that nothing can be fulfilled without determination and hard work.
I am open-minded optimistic and tend to see what is best in someone and try to bring those things to the surface.

In the second year of faculty, after analyzing what I love and trying to find out what "I want to be when I grow up", I realized that I love to teach and programming.
After that, I started to take different classes to see what programming languages I like most. I ended up being a full stack developer, and every day can be a challenge where you can learn new things by "playing".
Teaching was the second passion; therefore, after I graduated, I took all my teaching certifications. Now I am a trainer in my area of expertise (programming). This is a part-time job that I like and where I can work closely with people.

That is a tricky question. For now, work-life balance means going to sleep happy. I am one of the fortunate because my family understands how to put passion into your work, although it was not always that easy. Until a few years ago, I used to put work in front of everything. I did not care how many hours I was working until I realized that the spring has passed, and I did not even notice it. Today I am trying to pay attention not to neglect the other parts of my life because I know they are also significant. I firmly believe that joy can come from all the small things around you. This is a mantra that I try to remember daily.

For me being a mentor is an honor and a big responsibility. I am glad to be a part of an amazing community. I always wished to build a strong group of women where we can support each other. I believe that women need a reminder that they are fantastic from time to time.

With love, determination, and passion, we can conquer the world.
