Legal Advisor with over 7 years’ experience in corporate, civil, labor and sport law. Worked as legal consultant for big companies from private and public sectors such as Valeant Pharma, Franke Romania, insurance, water supply and energy services companies.
Over the last years, I tried to also develop my entrepreneurial skills and manage few personal clients on different matters related to commercial law, such as drafting and negotiation of contracts, formalities with the Trade Registry including all possible operations (company registration, transfer of shares, amendment of the company’s name and legal form, registration of secondary offices, dissolution of companies, etc), formalities regarding associations and foundations registration, formalities with the State Office for Inventions and Trademarks etc.
Even if I recently decided to a professional reconversion which makes me really happy, being very challenging, with a great opportunity to achieve new skills, I am still connected to the legal sector and I would like this connection to last, because I really like to help people and to settle their legal issues, especially in these hard times we are living now.
Legal Assistance, Crisis Communications, Corporate Communications
I am an ambitious, persevering person, eager to learn and improve in any activity they undertake. I have 7 years of experience in the legal field, the consulting part in commercial law, civil law, labor law, and sports law. Over time, my activity has consisted in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, carrying out formalities at the Trade Register (registration of companies, transfer of shares, change of legal form, etc.), carrying out registration formalities associations and foundations, representation for trademark registration at The State Office for Inventions and Trademarks, as well as other necessary activities in the legal branch functioning and organization of a company.
Somehow I always felt that I was a communication person, a relationships person, that I would have a place of my own in the legal field, and that no matter what I chose from these fields, I would help those around me and guide them. The decisive moment was the second year of college. I was still a Communication and Public Relations student when I got a job as a business developer in a legal and tax consulting company, where I became familiar with the legal field. I started and finished my law studies, and I continued to work in a law firm where I found very trained people who trained me and "polished" the base with which I had set off. Now I am at a point where I decided to become an entrepreneur, meet the needs of those around me, and guide them legally, building a relationship professional with my clients and a long-term partnership relationship after which I hope we can grow together.
The balance between personal life and professional life is complicated to achieve. It is a notion that I became familiar with only in 2020 when I was faced with a decision about important issues that arose with the pandemic. I chose between remaining anchored exclusively in the professional life that offered me satisfaction and a definite evolution. Still, which kept me away from loved ones or making a major change. So I have changed the place where we lived, the professional activity, and the social context to ensure this balance. I chose the change based on the power to accept it and enjoy with my loved ones the professional satisfactions, and up to this moment, I can say that this decision makes me much happier. I understood that I could carry out my professional activity successfully and without pressure, without a fast pace, that things are going well. It is wonderful to exchange impressions at the end of a day of work with loved ones.
Being a mentor on the She is Mom platform is a commitment to me I embrace with confidence, love, and responsibility and which I hope to honor as best I can. I believe that being a mentor requires having training and a solid knowledge base in the activity you carry out, but especially the ability to empathize, know people and understand their needs. Mentoring is a much more complex process, from person to person, which starts from the mentor's self-knowledge and from a fair self-assessment of the features she/he has to be support and guide to others.
"Life is as good as your mindset!" - each of us has the opportunity to shape our own life through our thoughts. I think that during this period we live in today it would be good to try to replace the negative inner images with some as positive ones as possible, and thus to create new things in our lives, new and more and more functional attitudes, to look at life with a lot more optimism, to find solutions and to build our most serene days. As we are at the beginning of a new chapter, 2021, I wish you a new year full of joy, accomplishments, and peace, to be together in this community and continue to grow beautifully together.
