I’m a Co-Founder of Fourth Wave, a Technology company operating in the United States and South Africa that leverages disruptive technologies such as Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning to reduce bias in the interview and hiring processes in corporations.

As a former Executive Director and Board Member of African Resonance Business Solutions, a Financial Technology company and subsidiary of a Johannesburg Stock Exchange Listed Company, I understand the dynamics of women leading in male dominated industries. I’m a Leadership Solutions Associate of the Center for Creative Leadership and a lead facilitator for London School of Economics on a leadership & Entrepreneurship program for Pan African C-Suite Executives and Board of Directors.

I consider myself an embodiment of empowerment.

I empower individuals with the knowledge and tools they require to succeed in their professional, business and personal lives.
My style is energetic, thought provoking, content-rich and often humorous.

Achievements

- Chosen as one of the three finalists for the Most Influential Women in Business and Government (MIW) Awards in South Africa.

- Invited to co-author two books with some of the prominent authors and speakers in the United States; Stepping Stones to Success with Deepak Chopra, Jack Canfield and Dr. Dennis Waitley and Courageous Stories of Inspiration featuring Dr. Robert Schuller and others.

 - My book: Your Moment, now in French and Portuguese was approved by the Department of Education as High Schools’ Life Skills Development material in South Africa.
