Our mission is to connect the mom's dream with realistic opportunities, to guide and support them in finding a fulfilling job or changing their career path, or becoming an entrepreneur. This is why we facilitate the discussion and the sharing of our moms with smart, experienced professional mentors.

The She is Mom Gala is an event born from our recognition and celebration of Diversity and Inclusion.
The Gala welcomes all the She is Mom members, clients, and community supporters that recognize the power of
diversity in our lives.
It is a call to action to identify all the differences that make everyone unique and how
every individual, no matter the race, gender, religion,
or experience, brings its own contribution to creating a better world.
The "Prin Arta spre Bine" event, initiated and coordinated by Alexandra Badea, founder of She is Mom, is in its 8th edition.
In the 8 years, significant funds were collected for a number of over 300 children between the ages of 3 and 17 from placement centers in Bucharest as well as schools in rural areas of Romania.
"Through the goodwill of some Romanian entrepreneurs and our own funds, we manage to cover the gifts the children ask for in their letters to Santa Claus." - Alexandra Badea.
The project initiated in 2014 through the "Prin Artă spre Bine" charity concerts will bring Santa Claus for 100 children under the coordination of the priest Mirel Ilie.
She is Mom team is taking care of all the letters. We are the Santa Claus' elves. All you have to do is buy a ticket and join our event.
